Currently, there are severe lockdowns and shutdowns across the country due to the corona virus.


As a result, shops and vehicles are being closed before evening, so silence is prevailing.


However, in 2004 the Nandail Bazar was completely shut down.


Kohinoor SP shot and killed two people in Nandail municipality election https://parg.co/bZVX.


Two were killed at a polling station in Ward 7. But many in Nandail Bazar were harassed as the polling station was on the other side of the Narsunda River in Nandail Bazar.


Because, Kohinoor SP arrested people indiscriminately for imposing the crime of murder on others by himself.


So outsiders did not come to Nandail Bazaar to avoid fear and arrest. Even those who do politics in Nandail Bazar went into hiding.


So for a few days there was a pin drop silence in the Nandail Bazar.

বর্তমানে করোনা ভাইরাসের কারণে সারাদেশে কঠোর লকডাউন ও শাটডাউন চলছে।


ফলে সন্ধ্যার আগে থেকেই দোকান ও যান চলাচল বন্ধ হচ্ছে, তাই নীরবতা বিরাজ করছে।


তবে, ২০০৪ সালে নান্দাইল বাজারে একেবারে পিন পতন নীরবতা হয়েছিল।


নান্দাইল পৌরসভা নির্বাচনে কোহিনূর এসপি দুজনকে গুলি করে খুন করেছিল https://parg.co/bZVX ।


দুটো খুন হয়েছিল ৭ নং ওয়ার্ডের ভোটকেন্দ্রে। কিন্তু ভোটকেন্দ্রটা নান্দাইল বাজারের নরসুন্দা নদীর ওপারে হওয়ার কারণে নান্দাইল বাজারের অনেককেই হয়রান করা হয়েছিল। 


কেননা, কোহিনূর এসপি নিজের দ্বারা মানুষ খুনের অপরাধ অন্যদের উপর চাপানো জন্য নির্বিচারে মানুষ গ্রেফতার করেছিল। 


তাই ভয়ে এবং গ্রেফতার এড়াতে নান্দাইল বাজারে বাইরের লোকরা আসেননি। এমনকি নান্দাইল বাজারের যিনিরা রাজনীতি করেন, তিনিরাও আত্মগোপনে চলে গিয়েছিলেন। 


তাই কয়েকদিন নান্দাইল বাজারে পিন পতন নীরবতা বিরাজ করেছিল।


এভাবেই ২০০৪ সালে নান্দাইলে পিন পতন নীরবতার মাধ্যমে ত্রাসের রাজত্ব কায়েম করেছিল নির্লজ্জ, বেহায়া, বেশরম, ছোটলোক, হারামখোর কোহিনূর এসপি।©️All Right Reserved by Junayed Ashrafur Rahman
